Identities flow between one subject and another as warmth in a heat exchanger. Is there anything similarly valid for architecture? Is it possible for architectural rules of buildings to be assigned to the inhabitants? Can inhabitants absorb the functionality buildings? Then, isn't the construction site the inhabitant rather than the building? Considering this, how will our stock of "building components" then develop? "hands have no tears to flow..." is a collection of commentaries, pictures and excerpts, quotations and "constructs" conceived around the human body. The book contains material by Ray und Charles Eames, Bernard Rudofsky, Friedrich Kiesler and other contributors. The design firm "grafisches Büro" is responsible for the bibliophilic design.
